Job Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and technically skilled individual to join our team as a Digital Marketing Specialist and Virtual Assistant to our CEO. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing multiple projects, performing tasks, and coordinating the tasks of others with a particular focus on Facebook Ads. You will communicate directly with clients through our project management system, ensuring excellent customer service and support. Your role will also involve managing Google Ads campaigns, providing administrative support to our CEO, and contributing to the development of our marketing team.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns to drive results for our clients
- Develop and implement Google Ads strategies to achieve client objectives
- Communicate directly with clients through our project management system, providing excellent customer service and support
- Provide administrative support to our CEO, including tasks such as email management, calendar organization, and data entry
- Coordinate the tasks of others, ensuring projects are completed efficiently and effectively
- Contribute to the development of our marketing team, including training and mentoring junior team members
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices, applying this knowledge to continuously improve our services
Essential Requirements
- Based in the Philippines
- Excellent written English skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members
- Experience with Facebook Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and management
- Experience with Google Ads, including campaign setup, optimization, and management (Google Certification is a plus)
- Proven experience working with an English-speaking employer or clients
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks and projects
- Fast computer and high-speed internet connection, with reliable power and backup systems
- Graphic design skills, including experience with Canva or similar platforms
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with video editing, copywriting, website creation, social media management, online lead generation, and product research
- Knowledge of SEO principles and practices, including blog writing and editing
- Experience with project management tools, including Basecamp and Hubstaff
- Google Analytics certification or experience with analytics tools
