Your primary responsibilities will include: * **Data Entry**: Enter a high volume of data from multiple sources into our arenaflex database, ensuring that all necessary information is captured accurately and efficiently. * **Error Correction**: Identify and correct errors using quality control methods, and notify relevant parties where necessary to prevent delays and inaccuracies. * **Data Review**: Review data for discrepancies in information and obtain further information for incomplete documents, ensuring that our databases are current and reflect the latest developments, updates, and transactions. * **Communication**: Notify applicable department leadership if the system is not accepting information, and collaborate with team members to resolve issues and improve processes. * **Production Logging**: Maintain a daily production log to ensure that all time and work is accurately documented, and provide visibility into our team's productivity and performance. * **Additional Duties**: Perform other duties as assigned by management, including contributing to special projects and initiatives that drive business growth and innovation. **Essential Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need: * **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: A high school diploma or equivalent is required, with a focus on mathematics, computer science, or a related field. * **Data Entry Experience**: At least 1-2 years of experience in data entry, with a strong understanding of database management and operations. * **Office Experience**: Related office experience, including customer service, administrative support, or a similar role. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database software, such as arenaflex's proprietary database management system. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders. **Preferred Qualifications** While not required, the following qualifications would be beneficial: * **Bachelor's Degree**: A bachelor's degree in a related field, such as computer science, mathematics, or business administration. * **Data Analysis Experience**: Experience with data analysis and reporting, including the ability to interpret data and provide insights to drive business decisions. * **Certifications**: Relevant certifications, such as Certified Data Entry Specialist (CDES) or Certified Administrative Assistant (CAA). * **Language Skills**: Proficiency in multiple languages, including English, Spanish, or other languages relevant to arenaflex's global operations. **Skills and Competencies** To excel in this role, you'll need: * **Attention to Detail**: A high level of attention to detail, with the ability to accurately and efficiently enter data into our databases. * **Organizational Skills**: Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and meet deadlines. * **Communication Skills**: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with team members, management, and external stakeholders. * **Technical Skills**: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database software, such as arenaflex's proprietary database management system. * **Adaptability**: The ability to adapt to changing priorities, processes, and technologies, with a focus on continuous learning and professional development. **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
