Online Trainer (Remote, Contract)

Overview We are seeking a Online Trainer (ideally with former HR or Corporate experience) to join our team for this remote role. You will be responsible for training corporate professionals on how to get hired into the careers they are seeking by coaching them in Zoom meetings, writing and reviewing resumes, editing LinkedIn profiles and more. Your primary focus will be on delivering scripted, scalable coaching sessions—following structured checkpoints for scripted meetings—while adapting to diverse personality types and providing strong mentorship. This contributes to our business growth by empowering experienced professionals to achieve their next career milestone through effective, results-driven guidance. PREFERRED: Job candidates with HR, Talent Acquisition, Program Management or Corporate/Executive experience.. Role requirements: • Conduct Zoom coaching sessions per day with senior clients, focusing on career strategy, resume optimization, LinkedIn profile editing, and other career development related topics. • Follow scripted training modules and key checkpoints for 3 to 4 different types of training sessions that typically last 20 to 30 minutes each, across 8-10 such meetings per day. • Provide mentorship and actionable feedback to help clients navigate corporate job markets, including negotiation tactics, networking strategies, and overcoming age or experience-related barriers. • Edit and refine client resumes and LinkedIn profiles during sessions (without creating from scratch), leveraging your corporate expertise to align them with executive-level standards. • Handle challenging clients with empathy and professionalism, escalating complex issues to our support team as needed for resolution. • Collaborate with our dedicated support team, who will assist with materials like resume templates and resources, to ensure seamless session delivery and client satisfaction. • Maintain accurate records of coaching sessions, client progress, and interactions in our software systems.
