K-2 Biliteracy Curriculum Specialist
A company is looking for a Contract Curriculum Specialist - Biliteracy (Foundational Skills K-2).
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of a K-2 Foundational Skills biliteracy curriculum aligned to research-based practices
• Integrate ELD standards into foundational skills lessons and develop differentiated resources
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure instructional accuracy and quality of materials
Required Qualifications:
• Native or near-native Spanish proficiency (spoken and written)
• Bachelor's degree in Education, Literacy, Curriculum & Instruction, Linguistics, or a related field (Master's preferred)
• Demonstrated expertise in foundational literacy instruction in both English and Spanish
• 5+ years of experience in classroom teaching, curriculum writing, or educational publishing
• Strong knowledge of English Language Development (ELD) and instruction for multilingual learners
