Medical Operations & Technology Manager (Part-Time | Remote )

Position Summary WellForm MD is seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Medical Operations & Systems Managerto support the Medical Director and oversee day-to-day operational execution across the practice. This is a hands-on, execution-focused rolecentered on organization, systems management, and follow-through. It is remote-first, with the option for periodic on-site involvement if the candidate is local and if it meaningfully adds value. This role is not a strategy-only or visionary leadership position; it is designed for someone who excels at making systems work and ensuring tasks are completed. Key ResponsibilitiesOperations & Coordination • Manage and organize daily operational workflows • Support team task organization, prioritization, and follow-up • Track projects and ensure accountability and completion • Identify operational gaps and recommend practical improvements Medical Director Support • Provide direct operational and administrative support to the Medical Director • Track and follow up on pending initiatives across clinical, administrative, and technical areas • Coordinate between clinical, administrative, and technology functions • Reduce the time burden on the Medical Director through effective execution and organization Systems & Documentation • Manage and maintain systems such as GoHighLevel (GHL), EHR platforms, and Google Drive • Organize digital files, workflows, and shared documentation • Create, update, and maintain SOPs and operational documentation • Assist with process improvements and system optimization QualificationsRequired • Experience in operations management (healthcare experience preferred) • Strong organizational, task-management, and multitasking skills • High comfort level with technology and digital tools • Proven ability to follow through and ensure task completion • Clear, professional written and verbal communication skills Preferred • Experience supporting physicians or medical directors • Familiarity with Go High Level, EHR systems, or healthcare CRMs • Background in workflow optimization or process improvement Work Structure • Remote-first role • Role is designed to grow in responsibility, scope, and hours based on performance Who Will Succeed in This Role • Someone who prefers execution over strategy • Highly organized, calm, and methodical • Systems-oriented with strong follow-through • Comfortable supporting leadership without needing a leadership title • Tech-savvy and process-driven Why Join WellForm MD • Work closely with the Medical Director in a high-impact role • Help build and optimize systems in a growing medical practice • Flexible, remote-first work structure • Opportunity for long-term growth as the practice scales Pay: $30.00 - $40.00 per hour Expected hours: 20.0 per week Work Location: Remote Apply tot his job Apply To this Job
