Telemarketing / Lead Generation Representative

Role Overview
Queue Associates Florida is seeking a Telemarketing / Lead Generation Representative to support outbound outreach campaigns focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365, Microsoft licensing, and related business solutions. This role is responsible for initiating outbound calls and email outreach, qualifying prospects, and generating high-quality leads for the sales team. The ideal candidate is comfortable on the phone, organized, professional, and able to follow scripts while adapting conversations naturally based on prospect responses.
Key Responsibilities
• Initiate outbound calls and email outreach to targeted prospect lists provided by Queue
• Present company offerings clearly and professionally, following approved call scripts and messaging
• Qualify leads by gathering key information including business needs, current systems, and decision-maker details
• Identify the appropriate contact when the initial prospect is not the decision maker
• Schedule follow-up conversations and product demos for sales consultants as appropriate
• Log call activity, outcomes, and notes accurately in provided tracking tools
• Respond to basic prospect questions and escalate more complex inquiries to the appropriate team member
• Follow up on marketing campaigns, email outreach, and event invitations
• Adapt scripts and communication strategies based on prospect feedback and campaign goals
• Comply with all applicable telemarketing, data privacy, and “do-not-call” regulations
• Provide weekly reporting on outreach activity, lead status, and campaign performance
Preferred Qualifications
• Prior experience in telemarketing, inside sales, or lead generation
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Professional phone presence and comfort handling objections
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
• Experience with B2B outreach preferred
• Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, ERP, CRM, or business software is a plus (training provided)
Compensation
• Hourly compensation
• Performance-based incentives for qualified leads, completed demos, and closed-won opportunities, depending on engagement structure

• This role has historically been structured as a 6-month engagement with the possibility of extension based on results
