Job Title: Real Estate Lead Gen Specialist: Off-Market Listings & Skip Tracing

Job Description I am looking for a long-term partner to help build a consistent pipeline of listing opportunities. I need a researcher who can identify specific types of homeowners and provide accurate, verified contact information (Cell phones and emails). Your Responsibilities: • List Building: Identify homeowners based on my criteria (e.g., high equity, long-term ownership, empty nesters, out-of-state owners). • Skip Tracing: Use professional tools (TLO, LexisNexis, Batch, or PropStream) to find the most accurate phone numbers. • Data Verification: Ensure the numbers are active and identify if they are on the DNC (Do Not Call) registry. • Organization: Deliver leads in a clean CSV file formatted for my CRM (KVCore/Follow Up Boss). Criteria for the Leads: • Niche: discuss- once hired • Data Points Needed: Owner Name, Mailing Address, Property Address, 1–3 Mobile Numbers, 1–2 Emails, and Estimated Equity. • Quality Control: No disconnected numbers. Must differentiate between Landline and Mobile. Requirements: • Proven experience in Real Estate lead generation. • Access to premium skip-tracing tools (please specify which tools you use in your proposal). • High attention to detail (zero duplicate leads). • Ability to meet weekly deadlines. Questions for the Freelancer to Answer: • Which data tools do you currently use for property research (e.g., PropStream, Reonomy, Mojo)? • What skip-tracing software do you use, and what is your average "hit rate" for accurate mobile numbers? • Have you worked with Real Estate Agents before? If so, what was the focus (Listings, Wholesaling, etc.)? • How do you ensure the data is DNC compliant?
