We're attacking the US market hard! We need someone who can keep the machine running when stakes are high and timelines are tight. The Role You own the end-to-end execution of our webinar challenges—from initial brief to post-event wrap. What that means: • You orchestrate 5+ teams (Copy, Ads, Tech, Sales, Partners) without being a bottleneck • You translate "we want to do X" into "here's exactly how we execute X" • You make sure nothing breaks when thousands people show up to a live event • You build systems that work without you having to babysit them This is NOT: • A simple coordinator role where you just push tasks around • A job where you need approval for every decision • A position buried in meetings and status updates What You'll Actually Do Before the event: • Build the full project timeline and make sure everyone knows what they're doing • Identify what could go wrong and prevent it • Keep all teams moving without becoming a blocker During the live event: • Monitor everything in real-time • Fix problems before they escalate • Keep calm when things get intense After: • Document what worked and what didn't • Build playbooks so the next one is easier You're a Good Fit If: • You've managed complex marketing projects with multiple moving parts • You stay calm under pressure (our events are live—no "we'll fix it tomorrow") • You take ownership without needing your hand held • You've coordinated remote teams successfully • You can work async (we don't do endless meetings) What We Offer 100% Remote - work from anywhere Real growth - we're scaling fast, you scale with us High-impact work - your projects generate real revenue Autonomy - we trust you to own your domain Apply Show us: • A complex project you owned end-to-end • How you handled something going wrong under pressure • Why Digifox sounds like your kind of challenge Let's build something big.
