Dir - IT M&A (Remote)

In this pivotal role, you will lead the strategic integration of technology during mergers and acquisitions. Your expertise will help shape best practices for due diligence and integration processes, driving alignment with enterprise digital and cybersecurity objectives. You will work across various teams and stakeholders, providing guidance and mentorship to ensure a seamless transition and integration of digital assets. This position not only focuses on identifying risks and opportunities but also emphasizes building a strong foundation for scalable technology integration.
Accountabilities
• Develop, own, and continuously refine the M&A Technology Integration Playbook, codifying best practices, governance, and processes.
• Lead the M&A due diligence activity, ensuring alignment with enterprise digital, data, and cybersecurity objectives.
• Drive due diligence on technology, digital assets, and infrastructure to identify risks, opportunities, and synergy potential.
• Manage vendor contracts for IT M&A activity to optimize scalability and cost efficiency.
• Establish Due Diligence KPIs, monitor progress, and report outcomes to leadership and executive stakeholders.
• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of technology M&A subject matter experts.
Requirements
• 12+ years of progressive leadership experience in technology integration, enterprise IT, or digital transformation.
• Demonstrated success leading large-scale M&A technology integrations across multiple geographies.
• Deep knowledge of enterprise platforms (ERP, CRM, HRIS, Data Lakes, Cloud, Cybersecurity).
• Exceptional ability to influence and collaborate across senior leadership levels.
• Proven experience in building integration playbooks, frameworks, or repeatable methodologies.
• Bachelor’s degree & MBA or advanced degree required.
