Accountabilities • Define long-term design vision for the Advertiser Platform. • Lead design strategy balancing complexity and usability. • Stay updated with ad technologies and design trends. • Conceptualize innovative initiatives for the Ads Platform. • Translate complex ideas into scalable design solutions. • Oversee the design lifecycle from ideation to delivery. • Understand diverse advertiser needs and deliver impactful designs. • Collaborate with product managers and engineers for consensus. • Mentor design team members, promoting culture of growth. Requirements • 10+ years of UX/UI design experience with enterprise platforms. • 3+ years leading high-impact strategic initiatives. • Strong portfolio demonstrating intuitive design capabilities. • Visionary thinking coupled with attention to detail. • Experience nurturing talent within design teams. • History of impactful product launches and design successes.
