Senior Integration and Test Engineer with Security Clearance
Salary: $100,000 - 185,000 per year
Requirements:
• Bachelors degree in a related field and a minimum of 6 years of relevant experience.
• Graduate degree and at least 4 years of related experience, or a minimum of 9 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
• Proven hands-on experience with Linux operating systems, including shell scripting.
• A minimum of 3 years of practical experience troubleshooting complex system issues and performing root cause analyses.
• Experience in generating test plans and procedures, conducting test campaigns, and documenting results.
Responsibilities:
• Provide daily Tier III engineering support for a mission-critical air traffic control system.
• Troubleshoot complex operational issues and perform root cause analysis, collaborating with FAA staff.
• Implement integration of hardware and software system components within a lab environment.
• Develop test scenarios and conduct acceptance tests for Level 2 software application and hardware requirements.
• Integrate remote radios and radars into the operational system while addressing issues like RF interference.
• Manage changes to the operational system, including software deployments and hardware upgrades.
• Create and maintain a deployment schedule based on inputs from FAA PMO and L3Harris Program Management.
• Author and present System Change Proposals to Engineering and Change Control Boards.
• Direct the Integration and Test Team regarding deployment priorities and schedules.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate project scheduling and risk identification.
• Host software configuration reviews and participate actively in them.
• Maintain program/project management tools, metrics, and related processes.
