This position is a vital part of the Spectrum mental health team, delivering evidence-based psychological talking therapies digitally (video, phone, text) You will be responsible for delivering psychological talking therapies, evidence based, high-intensity interventions while adhering to our clinical governance frameworks to ensure effective and safe care.</p><br><h1>Schedule:</h1><p></p><br><h1>Responsibilities:</h1><p></p><ul><li>Deliver Psychological Evidence-Based Interventions</li><li>Provide high-intensity CBT (HI-CBT) and other structured evidence-based interventions digitally (video, phone, text-based).</li><li>Deliver NICE-recommended therapies, including:</li><li>Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)</li><li>Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)</li><li>Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)</li><li>Counselling for Depression (CfD)</li><li>Interpersonal Therapy (IPT)</li><li>Behavioural Activation (BA)</li><li>Mindfulness-Based Interventions</li><li>Tailor individualised treatment plans based on client needs and NICE guidelines.</li><li>Adapt interventions for remote delivery, ensuring therapeutic effectiveness in a digital format.</li><li>Determine appropriate treatment pathways within a stepped-care model.</li><li>Utilise Spectrum.Life digital platforms to deliver structured psychological therapies.</li><li>Guide clients in engaging with self-help tools, psychoeducation, and digital therapy resources.</li><li>Maintain a therapeutic alliance and client engagement in a remote setting.</li><li>Work within clinical governance frameworks to ensure safe, ethical, and effective digital therapy.</li><li>Adhere to data protection (GDPR), confidentiality, and safeguarding policies.</li><li>Engage in regular clinical supervision, CPD, and peer consultation.</li><li>Participate in clinical audits, data analysis, and outcome evaluations to enhance service effectiveness.</li><li>Provide feedback on digital service improvements to enhance client engagement.</li><li>Support the development of mental health tools and online therapy innovations.</li></ul><br><p></p><br><h1>Requirements:</h1><p></p><ul><li>Full accreditation and registration with: British Psychological Society (BPS) and Health and Care Professions Council (HCPC) (mandatory)</li><li>Doctoral Training: Completion of a Doctorate in Clinical Psychology (DClinPsy) or Doctorate in Counselling Psychology (DCPsych).</li><li>(DCPsych) accredited by the BPS and approved by the HCPC.</li><li>Minimum of two years post-doctoral qualification experience.</li><li>Proven experience delivering High-Intensity CBT in IAPT or another relevant service.</li><li>Experience providing other evidence-based psychological therapies in line with NICE guidelines (e.g., IPT, ACT, EMDR, BA, CFT, CfD).<br>Experience working within an IAPT or stepped-care model.</li><li>Experience in working with adults and children 6+ therapeutically. </li><li>Experience in screening adults and children, assessing risk, and implementing safety plans.</li><li>Strong digital literacy skills and the ability to adapt interventions for online platforms.</li><li>Experience using video conferencing software for therapy delivery (e.g., Microsoft Teams, Zoom).</li><li>Proficiency in clinical case management systems (CSM) for record-keeping and reporting.</li><li>Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Teams), email, and internet-based tools.</li><li>A clean record with the associated regulatory body (HCPC for Clinical and Counselling Psychologists).</li><li>Strong understanding of clinical governance, GDPR, and safeguarding procedures.</li><li>Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.</li><li>Ability to work independently while contributing to a multidisciplinary team.</li><li>Strong ability to plan, organise, and prioritise workload efficiently.</li><li>A commitment to continuous professional development (CPD) and clinical supervision.</li><li>Ability to work afternoons and evenings, supporting clients in different time zones if required.</li></ul><p></p><br><h1>Desirable:</h1><p>Experience delivering evidence-based trauma therapies, including:</p><ul><li>Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR)</li><li>Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TF-CBT)</li><li>Trauma-Informed Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (TI-CBT)</li><li>Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT)</li><li>Clinical Supervision</li></ul>Experience in delivering remote therapy in digital mental health services and Experience working with standardised mental health measures, such as:<ul><li>CBT-Adapted Rating Scale
