Job Summary

In this exciting role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and participants, ensuring their satisfaction with our events and services. As the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, you will be the face of arenaflex, representing our brand and values in every interaction. Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for all customer inquiries, providing prompt and friendly assistance via phone, email, and in-person, ensuring that every interaction is professional, courteous, and responsive to the customer's needs.
  • Handle registration and payment processes for events and leagues, ensuring accuracy and efficiency, and providing clear guidance to customers on our processes and procedures.
  • Communicate event details, rules, and schedules to participants in a clear and professional manner, ensuring that all customers are well-informed and prepared for our events.
  • Address and resolve any customer complaints or issues in a timely and effective manner, using strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills to turn negative experiences into positive outcomes.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth event operations and customer satisfaction, working closely with our events team to ensure that every aspect of our events is well-planned and executed.
  • Maintain accurate and organized customer records and data, using our customer relationship management (CRM) system to track customer interactions and preferences.
  • Assist with marketing and promotional efforts to attract new customers and retain existing ones, using social media, email marketing, and other channels to promote our events and services.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and customer needs, continuously improving our services and processes to ensure that we remain competitive and responsive to the needs of our customers.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma or equivalent, with a college degree preferred, and a strong foundation in customer service principles and practices.
  • 1-2 years of customer service experience, preferably in a sports or event management setting, with a proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving customer complaints.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and other stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities, with the ability to think critically and creatively to resolve customer complaints and issues.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software, with the ability to learn new systems and technologies quickly.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment, with a strong focus on attention to detail and accuracy.
