Pay Transparency and Rewards

Our Premier Service Consultants earn a competitive hourly rate of $17.11 - $18.31 and have the opportunity to earn up to $3000 in monthly commissions. Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer interactions (calls, chats, emails) in a fast-paced environment, resolving issues related to service, billing, payments, and collections.
- Explain bills and product features clearly, troubleshooting basic problems and seeking higher support when needed.
- Build customer confidence and loyalty by resolving issues and supporting various customer inquiries, including technical issues.
- Work a flexible 40-hour per week schedule, which may include nights and weekends, and participate in paid training to enhance your skills and knowledge.
