About the Role

Key Responsibilities

  • Answering customer calls in a professional and courteous manner, responding to inquiries, and resolving complaints in a timely and efficient way.
  • Focusing on customer retention by providing exceptional service, addressing concerns, and offering solutions that meet their needs.
  • Communicating arenaflex's service standards to customers, ensuring they understand our commitment to quality and excellence.
  • Identifying and escalating priority issues to high-level management, ensuring that critical matters are addressed promptly and effectively.
  • Routing inbound calls to the appropriate resources, ensuring that customers are directed to the right support for their specific needs.
  • Following up on complicated customer calls as required, to ensure that issues are fully resolved and customers are satisfied with the outcome.
  • Maintaining accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, including call notes and reports, and updating them in our CRM system.
  • Gathering and evaluating relevant data to handle customer complaints and inquiries properly, and documenting actions taken.
  • Recording comments, inquiries, complaints, and actions taken, to continuously improve our service and ensure that customer feedback is valued and acted upon.
  • Performing other duties as assigned, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to the changing needs of our customers and our organization.

Essential Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • A High School Diploma or GED, demonstrating a foundation in education and a commitment to personal development.
  • Some experience in sales and customer service, preferably in an energy or related field, showing an understanding of customer needs and how to meet them effectively.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal communication with proper grammar, enabling you to articulate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Strong computer skills, with the ability to navigate our CRM system and other software applications with ease.
  • Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask, managing multiple customer interactions simultaneously while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Ability to react effectively and calmly in escalated situations, de-escalating conflicts and finding resolutions that satisfy our customers.

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • Bilingualism, allowing you to communicate with a broader range of customers and provide support in multiple languages.
  • Experience with MS Excel, facilitating the analysis of data and the creation of reports to inform customer service strategies.
