As a key member of our Preparation and Conveyance Activities group, you'll work closely with cross-functional teams to develop and implement data-driven solutions that drive business growth and efficiency. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop a deep understanding of costing and resourcing data related to our internal groups and functional partners * Support the coordination of high-speed projects that normalize and advance financial cycles across the organization * Support internal business work processes, including administration costing, labor force management, and asset planning * Work with various data systems and deliver ad-hoc analysis and reports to support business needs, research, emergency, and resolve metrics-based issues * Archive work processes connected with key cycles, data collection and maintenance, including tracking significant decisions and changes * Collaborate with Data Engineers and system architects to support documentation and executions of data set plans * Develop vital dynamic structures and write scripts that help us automate and expand * Gifted in refining insights from data and combining and making compelling storytelling for executive audiences * Support Planning and Conveyance Activities with impromptu demands from our partners **Essential Capabilities** * 3+ years of experience in informatics, data analysis, data science, or technical fields * Four-year degree in a technical field – Information Science, Statistics, Business Finance/Accounting, Informatics, Software Engineering * Experience working with data and data control software like R, SQL, Python; building dashboards using tools like Tableau, Looker, Airtable, Smartsheet * Understanding of social data set plan and capability * Strong math and analytical skills * You are an exhibited self-starter and you give solid critical thinking, unwavering discernment, and conveying, and excellent direction * Successful collaboration and time management abilities * You carry areas of strength for a to detail, with a capacity to make a stride back and grasp the master plan * You have astounding written and oral communication skills * A showed capacity to work with design delivery groups to examine technical ideas * Experience with Success, Smartsheet, or potentially AirTable **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in a technical field * Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, D3.js, or Matplotlib * Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud * Strong knowledge of data modeling and data warehousing concepts * Experience with agile project management methodologies * Certification in data analysis, data science, or related fields **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team * Collaborative and inclusive work environment * Professional development and growth opportunities * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options * Access to cutting-edge technology and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance **How to Apply** If you're a motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for data analysis and business operations, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
