**Job Summary**
As a Customer Care Representative, you'll be responsible for providing top-notch service to our customers, addressing their queries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner. You'll work from the comfort of your own home, enjoying a variable reduced hour schedule that may start and end outside of normal business hours. **Key Responsibilities**
• **Virtually Assist Customers**: Provide expert support to customers over the phone, email, and on the web, addressing their queries and resolving issues related to billing, insurance verification, products, or services.
• **Manage Inbound and Outbound Calls**: Handle a high volume of calls, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience for our customers.

• **Resolve Issues**: Take ownership of every issue, working closely with our pharmacist and pharmacy staff to provide clinical advisement when necessary.
• **Provide Best-in-Class Service**: Deliver exceptional service experiences that exceed customer expectations, even in a fast-paced environment.
• **Answer Customer Inquiries**: Assist customers with insurance and copay questions, as well as shipping needs, ensuring that every interaction is a positive experience.
• **Provide Technical Support**: Help customers navigate pharmacy.amazon.com, providing technical support when needed.
• **Serve Customers Timely**: Ensure that every interaction is a timely and efficient experience, maximizing our relationship with customers.
• **Understand Customer Interactions**: Recognize that every interaction is an opportunity to build a long-term relationship, not just solve a single problem.

**Basic Qualifications**
• **High School Diploma or Equivalent**: Must be 18 years of age or older.
• **6+ Months of Professional Experience**: Working with computer and web-based tools.
• **Experience Multitasking**: With phone and computer skills.
• **Pass a Pre-Employment Drug Test**: To be considered for this role.
**Preferred Qualifications**
• **1+ Year of Relevant Phone or Email Customer Service Experience**: Excellent communication skills (spoken and written).
• **Experience Working in a Customer Service or Call Center**: Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment while consistently meeting standards for productivity and quality.
