We are proud to be recognized as one of the "World's Best Bosses" by Forbes. **Job Responsibilities:** As a Full Stack Data Architect at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Designing and implementing data architecture solutions that meet business requirements and drive innovation * Developing and maintaining data models, data warehouses, and data lakes * Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Architecting and implementing data integration and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes * Developing and maintaining data governance policies and procedures * Providing data engineering and architecture expertise to support business applications * Mentoring and training junior data engineers and architects * Staying up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and architecture **Key Responsibilities:** * Develop and maintain data models, data warehouses, and data lakes * Architect and implement data integration and ETL processes * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business needs and develop data-driven solutions * Develop and maintain data governance policies and procedures * Provide data engineering and architecture expertise to support business applications * Mentor and train junior data engineers and architects * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies in data engineering and architecture **Requirements:** * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 2+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture * Strong understanding of data modeling, data warehousing, and data lakes * Experience with data integration and ETL processes * Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C# * Experience with cloud-based data platforms such as Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud * Strong leadership and communication skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks **Preferred Qualifications:** * Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field * 5+ years of experience in data engineering and architecture * Experience with big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, or NoSQL databases * Experience with data governance and compliance frameworks * Certification in data engineering or architecture (e.g. Certified Data Engineer, Certified Data Architect) * Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems **What We Offer:** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Flexible work arrangements and remote work options **How to Apply:** If you are a motivated and experienced data engineer or architect looking for a new challenge, please submit your resume and cover letter to [arenaflex careers page](https://arenaflex.com/careers).
