Our team of experts is passionate about delivering excellence in national missile defense, human space flight, space launch, and combat rescue. We are proud to be a part of the Full Spectrum Operations (FSO) team, which brings together the expertise of American Communications Solutions and By Light Professional IT Services. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be responsible for: * Providing technical assistance and instructing customers on equipment operation * Performing maintenance and technical support on products such as equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems, and software over the phone * Analyzing and evaluating products and related performance * Troubleshooting and diagnosing malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time * Installing, upgrading, and removing products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change * Completing system programming and optimization as part of the installation process * Performing routine system maintenance and analysis functions, including hardware configurations and adding, removing, and replacing equipment components * Providing on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting * Maintaining effective customer communications and relations **Key Responsibilities:** * Instruct customers on equipment operation and provide technical assistance * Perform maintenance and technical support on products over the phone * Analyze and evaluate products and related performance * Troubleshoot and diagnose malfunctions to eliminate problems in minimum time * Install, upgrade, and remove products, ensuring coordinative engineering field change * Complete system programming and optimization as part of the installation process * Perform routine system maintenance and analysis functions * Provide on-site end-user training on system operation, maintenance, and limited troubleshooting * Maintain effective customer communications and relations **Essential Qualifications** * High School diploma or equivalent, plus advanced training * 3-4 years of experience in a related field * Active DoD Secret Clearance * Ability to work on assignments that are semi-routine in nature but recognize the need for occasional deviation from accepted practices * Ability to work under general supervision, with work checked since errors may cause delay or expense * Ability to assist and train less experienced personnel **Preferred Qualifications** * Familiarity with Air Force BMC Remedy trouble ticket system, Cyberspace Infrastructure Planning System (CIPS), and Integrated Data Maintenance System (IMDS) * Course completion certification for Microsoft Windows 10 **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities * Strong problem-solving and analytical skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong technical skills, including knowledge of equipment, integrated systems, and subsystems * Ability to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we are committed to the growth and development of our employees.
