Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our administrative support staff, you will be responsible for processing documents electronically, making outbound calls to doctor's offices, processing claims, and ensuring document classification is completed and transmitted to clients. This role requires a high level of attention to detail, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process documents electronically, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
  • Make outbound calls to doctor's offices, as volume permits, to provide exceptional customer service and support
  • Process claims, ensuring timely and accurate completion
  • Receive, process, and ensure document classification is completed and transmitted to clients, meeting deadlines and quality standards
  • Receive documents from both electronic and hard copy forms, sorting, imaging, and filing them by form type
  • Identify documents and their purpose, creating a database of information and classifying documents based on contract requirements
  • Verify data from automated data extraction tools, ensuring accuracy and completeness
  • Ensure transmission of processed data to the appropriate next level, meeting deadlines and quality standards

Position Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • High School Diploma or equivalency
  • Proficiency in MS Office, Teams, Outlook, and Word
  • A secure workspace with high-speed internet
  • Ability to pass a typing test, demonstrating strong computer typing skills
  • Ability to sit for long periods and willingness to work overtime, as needed
  • Well-organized, with strong computer typing skills for effective note-taking
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to work with clients and colleagues in a professional and courteous manner
  • Strong data entry skills, with attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of accountability and responsibility
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays, as required

Preferred Qualifications

While not required, the following qualifications are preferred:

  • Previous experience in data entry, customer service, or a related field
  • Knowledge of document management systems and software applications
  • Experience working in a remote or virtual environment
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions

Compensation, Perks, and Benefits

As a Remote Data Entry and Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you will be eligible for a competitive salary, with a range of $26,600.00 - $33,250.00, depending on experience and performance. You will also be eligible for a range of benefits, including:
