Key Responsibilities
- Handle complex call types ranging from service support and billing to retention and repair, shifting between call types without missing a beat
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer-impacting issues, such as voice and data issues, network conditions, connectivity, devices, applications, provisioning, and billing
- Assist customers with products and services, including laptop connect services, air cards, USB devices, initial set-up, configuration of arenaflex-provided software and applications
- Proactively engage T3 support (network and IT) to address and resolve issues
- Remain proficient in all billing, rate plan, and feature matters
- Handle wireless local number portability (WLNP), relocations, combined bill support, after-hours inquiries, and pre-paid service
Work From Home Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must have a verified internet service (secure, reliable, and dedicated high-speed) and an established dedicated work area (desk, chair, electrical outlet, direct LAN connection). arenaflex will provide equipment, including a keyboard, monitor, computer, mobile device, and more. You must maintain your workspace in alignment with our Work From Home standards, participate in workspace audits, and be available, accessible, and accountable to work during established work schedules and shifts.
Essential Qualifications
- 6 months to 1 year of customer service/sales work experience
- Familiarity with Windows computers
- Ability to deliver regular and reliable attendance
- Reside in one of the following states: DC, DE, CT, MA, MD, NH, NJ, NY, RI, ME, OH, PA
Preferred Qualifications
- Previous experience in a technical support role
- Knowledge of telecommunications and technology products and services
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
