**Job Summary**
As a Customer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing timely and accurate responses to customer queries, identifying customer needs, and helping them determine the best solution for their pool service requirements. You will also be involved in analyzing and reporting product malfunctions, updating our internal CRM system, and monitoring customer complaints on social media.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Respond to customer queries in a timely and accurate way, via phone, email, or chat
* Identify customer needs and help customers determine the best solution for their pool service needs
* Analyze and report product malfunctions (e.g., by testing different scenarios or impersonating users)
* Update our internal CRM system with information about technical issues and useful discussions with customers
* Monitor customer complaints on social media and reach out to provide assistance
* Inform customers about new offers or services
* Follow up with customers to ensure their pool technical issues are resolved
* Gather customer feedback and share with technician teams
* Oversee the route optimization for technicians
**Requirements**
* Experience as a Customer Support Specialist or similar CS role
* Familiarity with the pool industry is a plus
* Understanding of how CRM systems work
* Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
* Multi-tasking abilities
* Patience when handling challenging customers and situations
**Preferred Qualifications**
* Previous experience in the pool industry or a related field
* Knowledge of CRM software and customer support tools
