As a remote team member, you will have the flexibility to work from anywhere, while still being part of a collaborative and supportive community. **Responsibilities:** As a Healthcare Data Entry Specialist, your key responsibilities will include: * Processing various medical documents, such as Independent Medical Reviews and insurance intake forms * Extracting data and entering information into our electronic database using Microsoft Excel or Microsoft Word * Working independently and in partnership with other team members to ensure timely case resolution and address any questions or concerns * Utilizing critical thinking skills to determine next steps and reach out to clients via phone to obtain missing information * Maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail in all data entry tasks * Providing exceptional customer service and client coordination over the phone * Collaborating with the team to meet and exceed productivity and quality standards **Requirements:** To be successful in this role, you will need: * At least 1 year of remote work experience in data entry or a related field * Previous experience working in a high-volume metrics-based environment * High School Diploma or equivalent * Reliable high-speed internet and a dedicated computer or laptop (no Chromebooks) * Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word * Strong communication and customer service skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities and deadlines * Experience in healthcare, insurance, or claims is preferred **Schedule:** As a remote team member, you will work Monday through Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM EST. You will be required to complete Microsoft Word and Excel assessments as part of the onboarding process. **Pay and Benefits:** The pay range for this position is $16.00 per hour.
