**Key Responsibilities**
As a Data Entry & Claims Specialist at arenaflex, you'll be responsible for:
* Accurately processing and managing claims data, ensuring alignment with established procedures and timelines.
* Making routine decisions based on discretion, escalating significant matters as necessary.
* Maintaining accurate, up-to-date member records, confirming eligibility and effective dates for benefits.
* Applying policy provisions effectively and handling sensitive customer data with discretion and confidentiality.
* Demonstrating flexibility and responsiveness to customer needs, ensuring high-quality service in all tasks.
**Requirements**
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* **Education**: A High School Diploma or GED is required.
* **Experience**: No prior experience is required, as on-the-job training will be provided.
* **Skills**:
+ Ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision and speed.
+ High attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
