At arenaflex, you'll have the opportunity to see the world while earning great compensation and benefits to help you keep climbing along the way. **Key Responsibilities** As a Ramp Agent, you'll be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient transportation of cargo and baggage to and from aircraft. Your daily tasks will include: * Safely lifting, loading, unloading, and transporting baggage, mail, and cargo to and from aircraft, in addition to being responsible for timely connections by guiding incoming and departing aircraft from the gate positions. * Safeguarding cargo, baggage, and mail from damage, loss, and weather. * Safely driving and operating ground equipment such as tugs, belt loaders, and tow tractors in areas of congestion. * Operating baggage scanners and computers to ensure baggage is routed accurately to the customer's destination. **Work Environment and Shifts** Scheduling is based on operational needs, and shifts range from early morning to overnight. Each station is different based on its individual flight schedule. You'll work between 20 and 40 hours per week based on your seniority.
