As a Customer Service Representative at arenaflex, you'll be the face of our brand, interacting with customers from all over the world in our lobbies and at gates. You'll be responsible for crafting meaningful connections, resolving travel issues, and making every customer's experience memorable. **Qualifications**
* High school diploma, GED, or equivalent
* Minimum of 18 years old
* Comfortable working with computers, mobile devices, and new technologies
* Physical ability to stand and walk for an 8-hour shift, with the ability to carry and handle luggage
* Potential to acquire a SIDA badge and meet airport requirements for badging
* Legally eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship
* Ability to meet the company's attendance requirements and uniform and appearance standards
