About the Role

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Digital Media Specialist to join our Client Services and Campaign Management team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading the execution of digital media campaigns, managing client relationships, and driving business growth through data-driven insights and strategic recommendations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the execution of digital media campaigns, including planning, buying, and optimization, to drive business growth and meet client objectives.
  • Manage client relationships, providing exceptional service, and ensuring timely and effective communication to meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, including sales, finance, and operations teams, to ensure seamless campaign execution and client satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for growth, develop strategic recommendations, and implement data-driven solutions to drive business results.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of digital media innovation.
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of arenaflex's digital media products and services, including video, display, mobile, and social media advertising.
  • Work closely with the data analytics team to analyze campaign performance, identify areas for improvement, and develop data-driven recommendations to optimize campaign performance.
  • Develop and maintain a strong understanding of arenaflex's technology stack, including our proprietary platform, and ensure seamless integration with external systems and tools.
  • Provide training and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed in their roles.
  • Stay organized, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously to meet deadlines and deliver high-quality results.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in digital media, including campaign management, client services, and data analysis.
  • Proven track record of driving business growth, improving campaign performance, and delivering exceptional client experiences.
  • Strong understanding of digital media products and services, including video, display, mobile, and social media advertising.
  • Excellent communication, project management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks effectively, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and develop data-driven recommendations.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and other digital media tools and platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience working with large datasets, data visualization tools, and statistical analysis software.
  • Knowledge of programming languages, such as Python, R, or SQL.
  • Experience working with digital media platforms, including Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Twitter Ads.
  • Strong understanding of data-driven marketing, including attribution modeling, ROI analysis, and campaign optimization.
  • Experience working in a client-facing role, with a strong focus on customer service and relationship-building.
