* **Leadership Experience**: Proven ability to lead and manage a team, with a track record of success in driving operational excellence and improving customer satisfaction.
* **Strong Communication Skills**: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and concepts in a clear and concise manner.
