You'll work closely with our retail customers, suppliers, and internal account teams to drive alignment and simplification across the distribution process. Your analytical skills will be put to the test as you analyze and report on category performance metrics, including sales, profits, margins, and market share. You'll also evaluate supplier performance and make recommendations to enhance our inventory logistics objectives. **Key Responsibilities** * Create and deliver insights and recommendations using various data sources, including Point of Sale (POS) data, syndicated data from sources like Nielsen and IRI, and account-specific databases. * Monitor the field execution of vendor programs and ensure that our vendor programs are executed effectively in the field. * Stay informed of analytic best practices across the industry and provide valuable information that aligns with our sales, margin, and market development goals. * Analyze and report data to identify issues, trends, or exceptions, and develop, communicate, execute, and monitor performance metrics and goals. * Track category performance, including sales, profits, margins, and market share, and create and deliver effective reports using POS data and syndicated data. * Analyze supply chain to evaluate and recommend supplier performance, and understand and apply customer, consumer, and industry insights using market research data. * Ensure superior client satisfaction through deep analytics and team problem-solving. **Requirements** * Bachelor's Degree and experience within the CPG sector; Adult Beverage preferred. * Understanding of National Chain Sales, Retail, and Distributor operations. * Expertise in category management principles and shopper/consumer insights. * High-level understanding of Category Management processes and practices. * Assertive leadership and decision-making skills with high energy. * Preferred experience with Syndicated data (Nielsen, IRI) and Internal Shipment Data. * Strong foundation in business fundamentals and business finance. * Excellent analytical, problem-solving, decision-making, and quantitative analysis skills. * Intermediate to advanced knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint. **Nice-to-Haves** * Experience in the Adult Beverage industry. * Familiarity with market research methodologies. * Ability to collaborate with external retail customers and key suppliers. **Benefits** * Comprehensive medical and prescription drug coverage. * Dental and vision plans. * Tax-saving Flexible Spending Accounts. * Disability coverage. * Life insurance plans. * 401(k) plan. * Tuition reimbursement. * Wellness program. * Parental leave. * Vacation accrual. * Paid sick leave. **What We Offer** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth and development.
