**Responsibilities**
As an arenaflex Customer Service & Sales Representative, your responsibilities will include:
* Fielding customer inquiries by finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns
* Connecting with customers via phone, email, chat, and social media to resolve their questions or concerns
* Calmly attempting to resolve and de-escalate any issues
* Escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate
* Responding to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
* Tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
* Providing feedback on call issues
* Meeting sales objectives as defined
**Qualifications**
We're looking for fearless people who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that we do. To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* 6 months of customer service experience minimum
* Over 18 years of age
* Ability to type 25 wpm
* High School Graduate or GED
* Comfort with desktop computer systems
* Proven oral and written communication skills
* 6 months of Call Center experience, preferred
* Logical problem-solving skills
* Availability to work various shifts
* Ability to use Windows operating systems
* Organization and work prioritization skills
* 6 months of sales experience minimum
* Ability to work independently
* Ability to work in a constantly changing and fast-paced environment
* Ability to stay composed and objective
* Strong listening skills
* Superior negotiating skills
**Work from Home Requirements**
To work from home with arenaflex, you'll need:
* Internet Requirements:
* Minimum subscribed download rate equal to or exceeds 15.0 Mbps
* Minimum subscribed upload rate equal to or exceeds 5.0 Mbps
* ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
* Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
* Proof of internet speed required
* Clean and quiet workspace
