Our mission is to create more joyful lives through better health, and we are committed to using data science and analytics to drive this mission forward. **Job Summary** As a Senior Data Scientist at arenaflex, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including finance, research, software development, and business leaders, to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions. Your expertise in statistical modeling, data engineering, and cloud computing will be essential in building and deploying predictive models, data pipelines, and cloud-based data stores. **Key Responsibilities** * Develop and implement advanced analytics and machine learning solutions to drive business growth and improve customer outcomes * Build and deploy predictive models, data pipelines, and cloud-based data stores using Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies * Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions * Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders, including business leaders, researchers, and software developers * Work with large-scale, complex datasets to create and optimize machine learning models, predictive forecasting, and optimization models * Develop and maintain data pipelines, data warehouses, and data lakes using cloud-based technologies such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake * Design and implement A/B experiments to measure the effectiveness of data-driven solutions * Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in data science and machine learning, and apply this knowledge to drive business growth and innovation **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field, such as mathematics, statistics, computer science, or engineering * Minimum 4 years of experience in data science, machine learning, or a related field * Advanced degree in a quantitative field, such as a Master's or Ph.D. in statistics, computer science, or a related field * Strong background in statistical modeling, data engineering, and cloud computing * Experience with Python, PySpark, Matplotlib, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and other relevant technologies * Experience with cloud-based technologies, such as Azure, Databricks, and Snowflake * Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams and communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders **Preferred Qualifications** * Ph.D. in a quantitative field, such as statistics, computer science, or a related field * Experience working with IoT and Edge AI technologies * Experience in Reinforcement Learning and Healthcare applications * Experience with data visualization tools, such as Tableau or Power BI **Benefits** * Competitive salary range of $30-45/hour * Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * Retirement savings plan, including 401(k) matching * Employee stock purchase plan * Paid time off (PTO) and holidays * Paid parental leave (PPL) * Transportation benefit plan * Employee store discount * Voluntary life and personal accident insurance **What We Offer** * A dynamic and collaborative work environment with a team of experienced data scientists and engineers * Opportunities for professional growth and development, including training and mentorship programs * A comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance * A competitive salary range and bonus structure * A chance to work on high-impact projects that drive business growth and improve customer outcomes **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and experienced data scientist with a passion for driving business growth through advanced analytics and machine learning, we invite you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
