[Remote] Contract Attorney (Brokerage and Institutional Litigation)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Innovative Driven is a company seeking a dynamic attorney with at least five years of experience in litigation to join their Brokerage and Institutional Litigation team. The role involves managing legal strategies in customer disputes and regulatory matters for a well-established financial services client. Responsibilities • Drafting and reviewing pleadings, motions, and regulatory submissions • Managing discovery, including document review and production • Working with business unit partners to gather facts and develop case strategies • Interfacing with opposing counsel and outside counsel • Preparing for and handling hearings, interviews, and arbitrations Skills • Active Bar license in state of residence • JD from a top law school • Previous experience as an attorney at a global law firm or financial services company is required • At least 5 years of experience as a practicing litigation attorney • At least 5 years of experience representing broker-dealers in a variety of contexts, including FINRA arbitrations, State and Federal court proceedings, as well as FINRA, SEC and state regulatory investigations • FINRA arbitration experience is required • First chair litigation experience strongly preferred Company Overview • Innovative Driven is a provider of information lifecycle services such as information governance, eDiscovery, and managed review.
