[Remote] Contract Operations Counsel

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. Latitude Legal is seeking an experienced contract attorney to join their legal department as Contract Operations Counsel for a global biopharmaceutical company. This role involves providing legal support for various operational matters and interacting with internal business stakeholders. Responsibilities • Preparing, reviewing, and negotiating complex commercial matters • Providing counsel to the various teams within Operations, including Contract Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, Quality, Real Estate, and EHS Skills • 5+ years of experience practicing corporate or transactional law, including experience drafting and negotiating commercial contracts • Excellent academic credentials from an ABA-accredited law school • Excellent analytical, written, verbal and interpersonal skills • Licensed to practice law in at least one U.S. jurisdiction • Outstanding professional references • Experience with contract manufacturing agreements or supply chain operations • Prior in-house experience preferred; within a pharmaceutical or life sciences company favored • Familiarity with at least some of the following areas: Quality, Real Estate, EHS, Aviation, Global Security Benefits • Complimentary Group Life, LTD, and AD&D • A qualified 401(k) plan • CLE and Professional Expense stipend (if applicable) Company Overview • Latitude is a legal services company that provides employing, in-house counseling, and law attorneys.
