[Remote] Veeva CRM Techno-Functional Consultant

The role involves leading Veeva CRM implementations, acting as a liaison between stakeholders and technical teams, and ensuring compliance with industry regulations. Responsibilities • Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts • Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams • Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement • Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices Skills • 15+ years of experience in Life Sciences and CRM platforms • Lead end-to-end Veeva CRM implementations, upgrades, and global rollouts • Strong expertise in Veeva CRM configuration, data model, security, and business processes • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical development teams • Design and oversee customizations, integrations, and data migration activities • Hands-on experience with Salesforce platform, Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning (as applicable to Veeva) • Drive requirements gathering, solution design, UAT, and user enablement • Ensure compliance with Life Sciences regulations and Veeva best practices • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills Company Overview • Q1 is a global professional organization that delivers quality IT products and services.
