[Remote] CTO/Technical Co-Founder - Equity Only (Pre Funding)

Note: The job is a remote job and is open to candidates in USA. NeedTech Labs is building an AI-native security and risk platform that anticipates events through advanced technology. They are seeking a hands-on CTO Co-Founder who will own the architecture, build the first MVP, and lead the engineering team to create a scalable platform. Responsibilities • Own the architecture and build the first MVP yourself • Evolve the MVP into a scalable platform • Assemble and lead the engineering team as the company grows • Develop real-time AI models and multimodal signal fusion • Create a cloud-native core with low-latency, high-throughput data pipelines • Build engines for automated response orchestration and adaptive facility safety controls • Establish secure-by-default foundations including CI/CD, observability, and compliance-ready design Skills • 10+ years delivering production-grade enterprise SaaS and AI/ML platforms • Deep experience with cloud infrastructure and distributed systems; fluent in integrating IoT / hardware data streams • A builder with a founder mindset, comfortable owning the stack now and leading a team later Company Overview • NeedTech Labs is an AI-first venture platform that aims to revolutionize startup development.
