Accountabilities • Lead the legal response for high-intensity, high-priority projects to ensure seamless cross-functional coordination. • Conduct comprehensive, end-to-end internal investigations into sensitive matters. • Synthesize technical and legal information from various stakeholders to inform critical decisions. Requirements • 5+ years as a practicing attorney, with experience in law firms, corporations, or government agencies. • Proven experience in cross-functional project management in a dynamic environment. • History of leading internal investigations and collaborating with regulatory bodies. • Excellent communication skills to engage with stakeholders at all levels. • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain exceptional attention to detail. • Strong organizational skills and proficiency in legal writing. • Active membership in a State Bar in the United States.
