Technical Operations Analyst

maxRTE delivers software solutions that help our clients solve one of the most important challenges in healthcare—helping patients gain access to care through revenue cycle management. We are growing fast and are looking for a passionate and driven Technical Operations Analyst to support the quality, stability, and day-to-day operations of our SaaS platform. This role reports to the Director of Engineering and sits at the intersection of Product, Engineering, and Support. You will play a critical role in ensuring new features are released with confidence and production issues are identified and resolved quickly. A great candidate has strong analytical and problem-solving skills, is comfortable with SaaS systems and healthcare data, and thrives in fast-paced environments that require flexibility and attention to detail. Responsabilties Release Support • Lead internal Quality Assurance (QA) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT) for new features and enhancements • Validate workflows against documented requirements and expected system behavior • Identify defects, edge cases, and usability issues prior to release • Partner with Product and Engineering to support release readiness Production Monitoring • Assist with Prior Authorization manual workflows and definition of automation requirements with Product and Engineering teams. • Identify trends or recurring issues and proactively flag risks • Validate production fixes and post-deployment changes • Assist with incident response and post-incident reviews Operations Support • Run proof-of-concept test files for prospective customers in collaboration with our Sales team to demonstrate system capabilities and validate data. • Act as a liaison between Product, Engineering, and Support teams • Improve internal documentation, test scenarios, and processes Who You Are: • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience • 2-4 years of experience in a technical operations, application support, QA, or product operations role • Strong analytical thinker • Clear communicator who can collaborate effectively across teams and work directly with clients when needed • You thrive in fast-paced, high-accountability environments and are eager to roll up your sleeves to solve problems Other Helpful Experience: • Experience with SQL • Experience in Healthcare, Revenue Cycle Management, and/or with insurance payers • Understanding of release management or incident response processes • Experience working in Agile maxRTE is committed to training, mentoring and accelerating the career of each and every member of our team.
