[Remote] Senior AI Change Enablement Advisor (100% Remote)

PMO Partners, LLC is a rapidly scaling technology organization seeking a senior-level Change Enablement Advisor to support a high-impact advisory initiative. The role focuses on analyzing and recommending scalable solutions for organizational change management, transitioning from manual practices to an AI-supported change enablement model. Responsibilities • Current-state assessment and maturity analysis • Recommendations for change enablement playbooks and templates • Definition of decision logs and impact analysis standards • Tooling and workflow recommendations (e.g., Jira, Confluence) • Development of 'train-the-trainer' enablement materials Skills • Experience as a trusted advisor and analyst in change enablement • Ability to diagnose organizational friction and recommend practical, scalable solutions • Experience assessing current change maturity and decision-making workflows • Ability to analyze how change is initiated, communicated, and absorbed • Experience recommending standardized Change Enablement frameworks • Knowledge of where AI and LLMs can reduce manual coordination • Ability to translate complex change into clear, repeatable templates and guidance • Experience with tooling and workflow recommendations (e.g., Jira, Confluence) • Ability to develop 'train-the-trainer' enablement materials • Experience working within an existing AI ecosystem • Ability to recommend practical LLM use cases to support change summarization, impact analysis, and automated documentation and notifications • Focus on adoption and scalability of change enablement practices Company Overview • PMO Partners is a niche staffing firm based out of Massachusetts, with 20 years of experience in the recruitment and management of Project Management professionals.
