Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and bilingual Customer Service Representative to join our Chat Billing Support team. As a key member of our customer operations business unit, you will utilize your exceptional communication, computer, and problem-solving skills to provide top-notch support to our customers. Your primary responsibility will be to interact with customers through our web-based chat platform, addressing their billing and payment inquiries, resolving issues, and providing knowledgeable guidance on our products and services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via chat, providing timely and effective solutions to their billing and payment issues
  • Utilize your knowledge of our products and services to provide accurate and helpful information to customers, promoting a positive and supportive experience
  • Handle a high volume of chats, prioritizing and managing multiple conversations simultaneously while maintaining a high level of quality and attention to detail
  • Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex customer issues, escalating cases as necessary to ensure prompt and satisfactory resolution
  • Consistently meet or exceed performance metrics, including customer satisfaction, first contact resolution, and quality standards
  • Participate in ongoing training and coaching to enhance your skills and knowledge, staying up-to-date on our products, services, and processes

Requirements and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess the following essential qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to work a variety of schedules, including nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • 1+ year of previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or chat support environment
