Job Overview

The Senior Manager, Customer Experience Strategy, Insights, and Programs will play a crucial role in driving the vision of the arenaflex AIR Customer Experience Strategy, Insights, and Program team. This thought leader will leverage data-driven insights to lead strategic discussions with business teams, advocate for customers, and drive the best delivery experience. The ideal candidate will have experience working with major airline, transportation, or supply chain companies in a strategic leadership role, with a strong background in program management, cross-organizational strategy, and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities

  • Establish a strategic arenaflex AIR customer experience vision, leveraging program controllership mechanisms to drive accountability and mitigate risk.
  • Force multiply through talent management practices and corresponding guiding principles, empowering internal and external stakeholders to upskill and deliver more effective results.
  • Analyze potential programs to identify those that are best aligned with strategic customer experience objectives and integrate within operational planning cycles.
  • Ensure stakeholder accountability and mitigate risk through program controllership mechanisms, driving the speed, quality, and reliability of program execution across organizations.
  • Provide structured development and training resources for the team and key external stakeholders, embedding a culture of collective intelligence to drive continuous improvement at scale.

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • 8+ years of program or project management experience, with a strong background in supply chain management, cross-organizational strategy, or a related field.
  • A Bachelor's degree from an accredited university, with a Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience owning program strategy and end-to-end delivery, with a proven track record of managing teams of 6 or more.
  • Experience defining and executing program requirements, with a strong understanding of data-driven insights and their application in strategic discussions.

Preferred Qualifications

While not essential, the following qualifications are highly desirable:

  • 10+ years of program or project management experience, with 8+ years of working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams.
  • Experience leveraging data-driven insights to lead strategic discussions, with a strong background in setting business objectives, defining success metrics, and generating delivery roadmaps.
  • Experience working with major airline, transportation, or supply chain companies in a strategic leadership role, with a strong understanding of the industry and its challenges.
