**Position Overview**
As an Experienced Live Chat Agent, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service through online chat interactions. You will be the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance and will be responsible for resolving their inquiries in a timely and professional manner. This is a full-time position, Monday through Friday, from 9am to 5pm.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Respond to customer inquiries and concerns through online chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding products, services, and company policies
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues and complaints
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and efficient customer service
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Meet and exceed performance goals and targets set by the company
- Participate in ongoing training and development to improve customer service skills and knowledge
- Stay up-to-date with company policies, procedures, and product information to provide accurate and helpful responses to customers
- Use customer feedback and complaints to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance customer satisfaction
**Qualifications**
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous customer service experience, preferably in a call center or online chat environment
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

- Proficient in computer and typing skills
- Knowledge of customer service principles and practices
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
