With a strong focus on innovation and technology, we're constantly looking for ways to improve our services and exceed our customers' expectations. **Responsibilities** As a Customer Care Representative, you'll play a critical role in representing arenaflex to our customers and business partners. Your primary responsibility will be to provide exceptional service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company. You'll be responsible for: * Assisting customers, contractors, and/or business partners via inbound and outbound telephone calls, written correspondence, and/or electronic communication according to all policies, procedures, and contract coverage * Explaining and upholding contract coverage to customers and/or contractors * Following up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved * Maintaining current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and completing required continuing education courses * May assume other duties as assigned **Key Responsibilities** * Provide exceptional customer service to our customers, ensuring that they have a positive experience with our company * Assist customers, contractors, and/or business partners with their queries and concerns * Explain and uphold contract coverage to customers and/or contractors * Follow up with customers, contractors, and/or business partners to ensure customer service issues are resolved * Maintain current knowledge of all policies, procedures, programs, and complete required continuing education courses **Qualifications** * High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required * 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field preferred * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Computer literacy * Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Attention to detail * Multi-tasking skills **Essential Functions** * Ability to be on video call as required during working hours * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment * Computer literacy * Problem-solving and decision-making skills * Attention to detail * Multi-tasking skills **Preferred Skills** * Customer service experience and/or training * Experience working in a call center or customer-facing role * Knowledge of home service plans and/or related industries **Compensation and Benefits** * This role pays between $15 to $17/hr, and your actual base pay will depend on your skills, qualifications, responsibilities, experience, and location. * At arenaflex, certain roles are eligible for additional rewards and incentives.
