About the Role

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated Bilingual Spanish/English Customer Experts to join our team in a remote work capacity. As a Customer Expert, you will be the eyes and ears for our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to varying questions, issues, and concerns. You will work in a collaborative and engaging environment, interacting with people from all walks of life, and no two days will be the same.

Key Responsibilities

  • Connect with customers via phone, email, chat, and/or social media to resolve their questions or concerns
  • Calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise
  • Escalate interactions when necessary and appropriate
  • Respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments
  • Track all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes
  • Provide feedback on call issues to help improve our services
  • Meet sales objectives as defined by the company

Qualifications and Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to possess the following qualifications and skills:

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English
  • Minimum of 6 months of customer service experience
  • High school graduate or GED equivalent
  • Ability to type 25 words per minute
  • Comfort with desktop computer systems and Windows operating systems
  • Proven oral and written communication skills
  • Logical problem-solving skills and ability to stay composed and objective
  • Strong listening and negotiating skills
  • Availability to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • 6 months of call center experience
  • 6 months of sales experience
  • Previous experience working in a remote or work-from-home environment

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following technical requirements:

  • Minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps
  • Minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps
  • ISP must have no packet loss and ping under 50ms
  • Internet connections cannot be Satellite, Mobile Data (5G, 4G, 3G hotspots), P2P, or VPN
  • Proof of internet speed required
  • Clean and quiet workspace
