As a Customer Care Representative at arenaflex, you will play a critical role in delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will be the eyes and ears of our team, fielding customer inquiries and finding innovative ways to respond to their needs. Responsibilities

As a Customer Care Representative, your main responsibility will be to find innovative ways to respond to varying customer questions, issues, and concerns. Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Connecting with Customers: You will connect with customers via phone, video, email, and/or chat to resolve their questions or concerns.
  • Resolving Issues: You will calmly attempt to resolve and de-escalate any issues that may arise, escalating interactions when necessary and appropriate.
  • Responding to Requests: You will respond to requests for assistance and/or possible processing payments, tracking all call-related information for auditing and reporting purposes.
  • Providing Feedback: You will provide feedback on call issues, helping us to continually improve our customer service operations.
  • Upselling: You may be required to upsell products or services, identifying opportunities to add value to our customers' experiences.

Qualifications

We are looking for fearless individuals who are inspired to deliver only the best in all that they do. To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Ability to Work Remotely: You must be able to work remotely in a virtual team environment, with a strong ability to self-motivate and manage your time effectively.
  • Customer Service Experience: We prefer candidates with at least 6 months of customer service experience, although this is not essential.
  • Age and Education: You must be over 18 years of age and have a high school graduate or GED equivalent.
  • Technical Skills: You must have a strong ability to type (at least 25 wpm) and be comfortable using desktop computer systems, with proven oral and written communication skills.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: You must have logical problem-solving skills, with the ability to navigate Windows operating systems and prioritize your work effectively.

Work from Home Requirements

To work from home with arenaflex, you will need to meet the following requirements:

  • Personal Device: You must have a personal device (desktop, laptop, or tablet) with Windows 10 or later, a wired Ethernet LAN connection, and a minimum of 4GB RAM.
  • Internet Requirements: You must have a reliable internet connection with a minimum subscribed download rate of 15.0 Mbps and a minimum subscribed upload rate of 5.0 Mbps. Your ISP must have no packet loss and a ping under 50ms, and you must be able to provide proof of your internet speed.
  • Workspace: You must have a clean and quiet workspace that is free from distractions and interruptions.
