With a vast network of fulfillment centers, delivery stations, and logistics hubs, we are constantly innovating and improving our operations to meet the evolving needs of our customers. **Key Responsibilities and Job Elements** As an Area Manager at arenaflex, you will be responsible for leading a team of hourly workforce and ensuring that they maintain the highest levels of safety, quality, attendance, and performance. Your key responsibilities will include: * Supporting, mentoring, and motivating your hourly workforce to achieve business objectives * Managing safety, quality, productivity, and customer delivery promises to ensure seamless customer experiences * Collaborating with support teams, including Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, Quality Assurance, and Human Resources, to develop plans that meet business objectives * Lifting up to 49 pounds and frequently pushing, pulling, squatting, bending, and reaching to perform tasks * Standing or walking for up to 12 hours during shifts in a fast-paced environment * Working in an environment with variable noise levels and temperatures * Continuously climbing and descending stairs (applicable to sites with stairs) **Our Operations Workflow** Our WW Operations network has three major components: * First mile: where products are housed and ready for order * Middle mile: where orders are hauled to your area * Last mile: when products are delivered to the customer's door While our workflows may have slight variations depending on the location, our vision and dedication to the customer remain constant.
