Your goal will be to turn conversations into leads that help our clients generate revenue. If you're a skilled communicator, a quick thinker, and a problem solver, we want to hear from you! **Key Responsibilities** * Engage in online conversations with customers via chat, email, and phone * Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner * Use your gaming experience to create a fun and engaging experience for customers * Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response times, resolution rates, and customer satisfaction scores * Collaborate with our team to develop and implement strategies to improve customer satisfaction and drive business results * Participate in ongoing training and development to stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices **Requirements** * Must live within the state of Kansas * Must have your own computer or laptop with a webcam, second monitor, microphone, and external mouse * Computer must have a minimum of 8 GB of RAM, 64-bit Operating System, and 8th Generation Intel Core (i3 equivalent or higher) * Quiet, dedicated workspace free from distractions – this is a remote position * Able to attend 4 weeks of remote training, Tuesday – Saturday between the hours of 11am-7:30pm EDT * Must be able to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Essential Qualifications** * 1+ year of experience in customer service or a related field * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience in the automotive industry or a related field * Knowledge of customer relationship management (CRM) software * Experience with chat software and platforms * Certification in customer service or a related field **Skills and Competencies** * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment * Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills * Ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite * Ability to type at least 35 WPM, 40 and above is preferred * Gaming experience is preferred **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to helping our employees grow and develop their careers.
