Technical Sourcer, Product (6 months contract)

In this role you will partner closely with our product engineering teams hiring phenomenal frontend engineering talent into Airbnb. The Difference You Will Make: As a Technical Sourcer, you will make a significant impact on our mobile and web recruiting efforts by employing advanced search strategies and utilizing relationships to uncover top talent. Your expertise in sourcing will streamline our hiring process and ensure a diverse pool of highly qualified candidates. By contributing to the growth and success of our team, you will play a crucial role in shaping the future of our organization. A Typical Day: • Work closely with hiring managers to develop and execute on sourcing strategies for a variety of roles • Partner with the recruiting team by building a pipeline of top talent through multiple sourcing channels • Conduct research to understand the competitive landscape • Create and execute innovative sourcing strategies and recruiting campaigns to achieve hiring goals • Engage and qualify technical candidates for relevant openings and assist them through the recruitment process • Develop a strong understanding of the recruiting process and drive/recommend improvements • Track the progress of leads/candidates with great attention to detail • Regularly track and analyze pipeline and performance data to share with internal stakeholders • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism Your Expertise: • 5+ years of sourcing experience for a consumer facing web startup with elite standards • 3+ years of sourcing experience for web & mobile engineering roles • Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates in high growth environments • Experience in creative sourcing through multiple channels (web, social/professional networks, etc.) • Exceptional interviewing, communication, organizational and problem solving skills • Strong interpersonal and consultative skills • Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively • Hands-on experience with Greenhouse (ATS) and/or GEM is a big plus! • Ability to maintain strong relationships with recruiters, hiring managers, and candidates Your Location: This position is US - Remote Eligible. The role may include occasional work at an Airbnb office or attendance at offsites, as agreed to with your manager.
