**Experienced HR Shared Services Representative – Workday HCM & Talent Management**

As a key member of our HR Shared Services team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our HR functions. You'll be the primary point of contact for all HR inquiries, from initial requests to fulfillment, and collaborate with our local and global teams to resolve employee issues in a timely manner. Your expertise will be centered on Workday transactions and data input accuracy, requiring you to be proactive, impartial, and possess exceptional stakeholder management skills. **About the Role** As an HR Shared Services Representative, you'll have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization. Your primary responsibilities will include: * Ensuring the accuracy of employee data through the control of employee structures and processes * Assisting with applications that affect all personnel, ensuring they run smoothly, so employees can focus on doing their best work * Researching new tools and strategies to simplify, optimize, and automate work across our Talent organization * Creating, writing, and maintaining our HR knowledge base for employees * Assisting with analyzing, implementing, and operationalizing new employee services (from pre-employment to offboarding) * Performing system and testing audits to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and functionality; analyzing and recording results and discrepancies **Key Skills and Qualifications** To succeed in this role, you'll need to possess: * Demonstrated expertise with the Workday HCM tool * Demonstrated proficiency in Mass Uploads (EIB) * Strong project management, communication, and customer service skills * Intermediate to advanced analytical skills, including proficiency in Excel * Strong interest in HR and the ability to provide results in a fast-paced, high-growth environment * Ability to troubleshoot using rigorous logic and strategies to resolve complex problems * A degree in HR, Business, IT, or a related field (preferred but not required) * Experience in Workday Data Analyst, HR, or as a HR Generalist (a plus!) * Experience with Zendesk ticketing system (a plus!) **Why Join arenaflex?** At arenaflex, we offer a dynamic and supportive work environment that fosters growth, innovation, and collaboration.
