With a strong focus on innovation, collaboration, and customer satisfaction, we strive to make a positive impact on society. **Job Summary** As a Full Stack Custom Circuits Design Engineer at arenaflex, you will be part of a talented team that designs and develops cutting-edge ASICs for various applications. You will work closely with our silicon configuration team to create custom digital megacells, including SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, and ML accelerators. Your expertise will be crucial in developing high-performance, low-power SOC solutions that meet the demands of our customers. **Key Responsibilities** * Design and develop custom circuits for advanced ASICs, including SRAM memories, on-chip sensors, and ML accelerators * Collaborate with the power group, PD, and designers to define requirements and specifications * Perform plan, analysis, modeling, circuit-level determination, schematic capture, spice simulation/edge analysis across PVT, measurement plan, and silicon validation * Work closely with the format group to complete the design and ensure design quality * Create and drive circuit procedures to achieve the highest design quality metrics * Participate in design reviews and provide feedback to improve the design process * Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to ensure arenaflex remains at the forefront of innovation **Essential Qualifications** * Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field * At least 3 years of experience in custom circuit design and development * Strong understanding of deep submicron device physics, leakage mechanisms, and technology interactions with device behavior * Profound knowledge of device noise sources (1/f, thermal), external noise sources (supply, jitter), and their impact on high-accuracy circuit * Experience with design automation tools, such as Python/Perl or other scripting languages * Familiarity with industry-standard circuit and design tools * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team **Preferred Qualifications** * Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field * Experience with AI accelerators, SRAM circuits, non-volatile memories, weak/strong inversion circuits, super-low power amplifiers, DC/DC converters, and advanced on-chip sensors * Knowledge of industry-standard design languages, such as Verilog or VHDL * Experience with design for testability (DFT) and design for manufacturing (DFM) * Familiarity with silicon validation and testing methodologies **What We Offer** * Competitive salary and benefits package * Opportunities for career growth and professional development * Collaborative and dynamic work environment * Access to cutting-edge technologies and tools * Recognition and rewards for outstanding performance * Comprehensive training and support for continuous learning and skill development **How to Apply** If you are a motivated and innovative individual with a passion for custom circuit design and development, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
