About the Role

As a Work from Home Customer Service Coordinator – Card Account Servicing at arenaflex, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers, providing them with exceptional service and support to resolve their card account servicing issues. You will be responsible for listening to our customers, understanding their needs, and providing personalized solutions to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty. Key Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate a strong customer focus rooted in empathy and provide exceptional service to our customers
  • Communicate effectively with peers, management, and customers to resolve card account servicing issues
  • Exercise good judgment and independent decision-making skills to provide personalized solutions to our customers
  • Demonstrate exceptional listening, questioning, call control, and de-escalation techniques to resolve customer complaints and concerns
  • Be proactive, have effective time management and organizational skills, and display dependability with a solid attendance record
  • Maintain a secure and reliable home office environment that meets our technology requirements, including a private internet connection and a password-protected network

Essential Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A high school diploma, GED, or equivalent certification
  • At least 1 year of customer service experience, preferably in a financial or banking environment
  • Strong attention to detail, positive attitude, and ability to be flexible and embrace change
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with peers, management, and customers
